On the morning of 11 th, the people's Court of Haidian District, Beijing, conducted a public hearing on the crime of selling fake and registered trademarks by Wang Fu Rong, a shoe manufacturer of Beijing zoo.

One day in mid March 2007, two unfamiliar men came to the booth of Wang Furong, a shoe dealer in the wholesale clothing wholesale market of the zoo, selling fake brand-name shoes to her. They were all Nike, Adidas and Jordan cards, and they were twenty thousand pairs.

After some bargaining, the two sides finally agreed to conclude the paction at a price of RMB 120 thousand yuan.

Wang Fu Rong, a wholesaler, plans to sell for 30 yuan and a pair of shoes, but unexpectedly she has mixed many defective products among the twenty thousand pairs of shoes, so she wants to sell these shoes at 15 yuan and a pair.

But when she did not wait for the sale of these fake brand shoes, it was seized by the industry and commerce.

On the court, the prosecution alleged that the defendant Wang Furong, for the purpose of making illegal profits, purchased the counterfeit brand sports shoes and stored them in the underground warehouse of Guangyuan mansion, Haidian District, Beijing, in an attempt to sell at a price of about 30 yuan.

In June 29, 2007, the public security machine seized Wang Furong, the defendant, and seized 21042 pairs of the above sports shoes. After identification, they were trademarks of counterfeit trademarks such as Nike International Ltd's "MICHAEL JORDAN" and "NIKE" and counterfeit Adidas Limited "ADIDAS".

The defendant Wang Furong had no objection to it, nor did her two lawyers make any difference.

The case was not judged in court.
