In the past two years, textile and garment enterprises accounted for nearly half of the new technology enterprises in our city.

"This reflects a relatively big change from the side. As the traditional pillar industry of our city, the textile and garment industry has given new connotation and mission in the new development period -- advancing towards science and technology."

City Science and Technology Tourism Bureau official said.

According to statistics, in a short span of two months, our city has increased 6 high-tech enterprises in one fell swoop, mainly engaged in computer software development, chemical oxygen demand purification, earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation technology development, nanotechnology, food biology, etc., with a total registered capital of about 80000000 yuan.

It is commendable that Shishi enterprises are also monitoring the emerging field of laser technology product development. This technology can be widely used in buildings, and no longer need to be imported from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.

There are still some enterprises are eager to try, and it is not hard to see that they are confident and determined to benefit from science and technology.

"In the final analysis, this is a matter of concept. It is difficult to gain a firm foothold in fierce market competition without a product of technological content."

Shishi, a company official said.

Up to now, there are 42 registered scientific research enterprises in the city, with a registered capital of more than 200 million yuan, and more than 100 innovative enterprises in the city.

In addition, one can not ignore the fact that some of the leading electronic enterprises are quietly settled in stone lions.

According to statistics, in recent two years, enterprises engaged in research and development of electronic products and digital technology products occupy about 30% of new research enterprises.

The formation of the "three points and one world" pattern and the stride forward of Shishi enterprises to the advanced fields indicate that Shishi enterprises have taken a big step in the road of pformation.

Some small competitive enterprises gradually withdraw from the stage of history. At the same time, some scientific research enterprises with developing stamina have risen rapidly.
