Public employment agencies should publish timely information on labor market demand and provide them to technical schools and training institutions.

The technical schools and training institutions that carry out vocational guidance work well and reach certain norms can be approved to set up employment guidance and employment agencies.

The implementation of career guidance is included in the assessment contents of key technical schools and employment training centers of national and provincial levels, including the annual inspection contents of private vocational training institutions, and strengthening supervision, inspection and implementation.
