With the cooperation, most coal enterprises successfully participated in industrial injury insurance, and obtained safety production license or application for certification according to law.

In order to further accelerate the participation of coal mining enterprises in work-related injury insurance, we should effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers in coal mining enterprises.

To ensure the smooth implementation of the safe production permit system and to bring coal mine safety production into the legal track as soon as possible, the following requirements are required:

I. The labor and social security departments, the safety supervision departments and the coal mine safety supervision organs at all levels should fully understand the coal mining enterprises.

The importance of participating in industrial injury insurance and national establishment and implementation of the safety production permit system should be strengthened.

Enterprises should take part in the progress of work related injury insurance and improve the efficiency of handling safety production licenses.

Two, we must combine the work of administrative permission for work safety and work related injury insurance to promote joint efforts.

In coal mines and other industries

Taking the safety production permit system as an opportunity, we should intensify the publicity and implementation of the regulations on work-related injury insurance.
