Rubber Blending Process Rubber And Plastics Blending

2008/8/8 15:50:00 41782

The blend of rubber and plastics can make up for each other's performance and make the glue meet the requirements of physical properties of single polymer. It is an important way to effectively apply the existing polymer materials.

(1) the blend parameters of butadiene rubber and PVC resin are similar to those of PVC. They all belong to polar polymers. They can be used in almost any proportion and blend with 10%~40% PVC as vulcanized mixture.

(2) the solubility parameter of rubber blended with polyethylene is similar to that of general rubber. It can be used in any proportion with natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber. It is compatible with neoprene and is less compatible with butadiene rubber.

(3) rubber and ethylene acetic acid copolymers and blended with many rubber and polymers can be blended with ethylene acetic acid copolymer (EVA), such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber.

EVA and rubbers are often used to make foam sandals, soles, slippers, baby stroller, etc.

(4) blend of high styrene styrene butadiene and styrene with rubber and high styrene rubber.

The styrene content is above 70%, showing obvious plastic properties.

The styrene content is more than 45%, and the properties of 50%-60% usually are between high styrene rubber and styrene butadiene rubber.

This blend is often used in rubber flooring, imitation leather base, sponge slippers, etc. 80% of which is used in shoe making industry.

(5) NBR has good compatibility with phenolic resin, and blends with NBR have good compatibility with phenolic resin. After crosslinking with rubber, it has higher hardness, tensile strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and medium resistance. It is often used to produce high hardness and abrasion resistant marine sponge products.

(6) thermoplastic thermoplastic elastomers have both plastic properties and some properties of rubber.

Commonly used thermoplastic elastomers are: (1) styrene, such as SBS, SIS and so on; II polyurethane, such as TPU; third, polyether ester, such as TPEE.

Besides, there are alkenes.

The blend thermoplastic elastomers should be used in automobile manufacturing, such as replacing some metal parts to reduce body weight. Besides, the hose sleeves, vacuum tubes, gaskets, sealing rings and telescopic pipes of automobiles are also used.

Mechanical parts can be used as casters, gaskets, insulators, shock absorbers, shields, suction cups, rollers, oil pipes and so on.

Footwear industry.

Laser Plastic Marking Technology

Decorative thermoplastic plastic with laser marking has been recognized for more time than expected ten years ago. Nevertheless, laser technology has replaced ink marking technology in some applications, such as imprint and inkjet printing. At present, the so-called "non aesthetic" application is estimated to account for 90% of plastic laser marking. Some printed carbon dioxide laser machines, including parts.
