Receiving The "Reemployment License" Procedure
The laid-off and unemployed persons who receive the "re employment permit" should meet the following requirements:
1, urban unemployment conversion workers who are unemployed. 2, close down bankrupt enterprises, who have received one-time resettlement fees and have not yet been employed again. 3, people who need to be resettled by the city's government for approval of the relocation of polluting enterprises. 4, other personnel approved by the municipal government.
All the laid-off and unemployed persons who meet the above requirements can receive the "re employment permit" from the labor and social security institutions in the street where they are registered. Laid-off workers apply for the "re employment permit".
1, copy of my ID card or residence booklet. 2. I have one inch of recent bareheaded photo. 3, my current identity proof: (1) unemployed persons hold the job cards for unemployed persons in cities and towns of Beijing. (2) the roster of the relevant personnel issued by the bankruptcy liquidation team for bankrupt enterprises who need to be resettled; (3) the personnel who need to be resettled by the relocation of pollution disturbance enterprises approved by the municipal government shall be issued by the roster of the relevant personnel issued by the enterprise concerned and the certificate approved by the relevant departments. The central enterprises in Beijing are approved by the municipal SASAC (Gai Zhang); the municipal enterprises are approved by the holding companies (Gai Zhang); the district and county enterprises are approved by the district and county SASAC (Gai Zhang). (4) other persons who enjoy the preferential policies for re employment approved by the municipal government shall be issued by the units concerned with the approval of the relevant departments and the roster of the necessary resettlement personnel.
The annual registration system for re employment permits is registered in March each year. No re employment permit is issued for less than 6 months (including).
