International Fashion Giants Accelerate The "Beachhead" Market In China

The constant upgrading of the public consumption capacity is making China turn from the world's largest exporter of textile and clothing to the most potential apparel consumer market.

Based on the optimistic outlook of the market, the international apparel giants are accelerating the "beachhead".

UNIQLO, one of the world's top ten brands of casual wear, recently announced that fourth flagship stores in Nanjing West Road, Shanghai's bustling business district, will open in May 15th.

The previous three flagship stores in the world are located in New York, London and Paris.

The new store, which is set up in Shanghai, will be the largest shop in UNIQLO with about 3300 square meters of business space.


On the eve of the opening of the new store, UNIQLO hosted a big party.

The high rise group of Japan's fast selling group, which owns the brand of UNIQLO, is present to show its high regard for the Chinese market.

In order to cater to the preference of Chinese consumers for the lucky number "8", UNIQLO even designed 88 Lapel T-shirts as a souvenir for the opening of new stores.

CANALI, a top custom brand for men's clothing in Italy, also celebrated the opening of the The Peninsula Hotel store in Shanghai a few days ago.


The luxury brand, which has over 70 years of history, as well as Tom Curise, Arnold Schwarznegger and other "big fans", now has 160 stores in the world, including 56 stores in 31 cities in the mainland of China.

For CANALI, China, including Hongkong, has become the fourth largest selling market in the world.

In addition to setting up counters and stores, apparel giants have chosen to release the latest styles to attract the attention of Chinese consumers.


NewBalance, the famous sports brand, has released a MR2002 of men's running shoes globally.

As the most expensive new product in the new hundred shoe series, the new shoe has really won many Chinese fans with its exquisite workmanship.

From the luxury brand of high-end people to the popular brand for ordinary consumers, various international apparel suppliers are coming.

For them, China is increasingly becoming an integral part of its global map.
