Ministry Of Housing: It Is Impossible To Legalize Small Property Houses.

In view of the current "spread of agricultural land into the market" to control housing prices and "small property houses" will be released in the market, Zhao Hui, deputy director of the Department of village and town construction of the Thirteenth National "Ministry of housing and urban rural development", once again denied the 22 day.


The small property house refers to the real estate which is issued by the township government instead of the state property certificate. No unit or individual shall rent or occupy collective land for real estate development.


Since the macro-control of real estate, many experts have called for the use of "farmland to market" or the release of "small property rights housing" to control rising housing prices. However, these claims are not recognized by management. Zhao Hui said that small property rights housing is not legal, nor can future policies be legalized.


Zhao Hui disclosed that the investigation of small property rights housing for some key cities in real estate has ended. The relevant departments under the State Council, including the Ministry of housing, the Ministry of land and resources, are stepping up research, and will actively introduce strict supervision policies, and the governance of small property rights houses will become increasingly severe. Among them, the newly built and continued small property houses will be demolished and banned, and the completed houses sold before the policy will be cleaned up.
