"China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition" was held in Shanghai on 22-26 June, during which 110 Italy textile machinery manufacturers will form Italy National Pavilion.

To this end, Sandro Salmoiraghi, chairman of Italy Textile Machinery Industry Association, said that the exhibitors were excellent companies in the Italy textile machinery industry.

Italy textile machinery industry employs about 14 thousand, and exports account for nearly 80% of the total industry revenue, and half of them come from the Asian market.

In 2009, the turnover of Italy textile machinery industry was about 1 billion 400 million euros.
