India Textile Minister Said The Spinning Department Should Add Spindles To Digest Domestic Cotton.

Minister Mullen Dayanidhi Maran said the government decided to ban cotton exports in order to reduce cotton prices and avoid shortages of raw materials in the country.
He told the media that the new
