Liang Jianxin, a lawyer at Linde law firm in Guangdong, said that if there were no definite provisions of the agreement, it could only be claimed according to the principle of fault. The responsible parties were classified as thieves, counters, shopping malls and sales staff.

For Miss Hu's situation, Liang suggested that she should solve the problem by calling the police or applying for labor arbitration.
