Clothing Safety

In recent days, some international famous brands have been involved in the "quality gate" incident. The Guiyang Consumer Association yesterday issued a consumer warning to remind the public: buying clothes, especially infant clothing, should not only pay attention to appearance, but also pay attention to safety.

It is understood that some of the clothes are bright and beautiful, but the formaldehyde content and azo dyes are beyond the standard, which is harmful to human health.

Consumers Association reminds consumers: according to the national standard "national textile products basic safety technical specifications" requirements, clothing is divided into three categories: A, B, C, class A is for infants and young children, B is for direct contact with skin, and C is for non direct contact with skin.

Therefore, when choosing clothing, consumers must pay attention to safety category labels. Unidentified textile products belong to substandard products, so they must not only pay attention to style and appearance, but also ignore clothing safety.

At the same time, when buying clothing, you should smell whether there is any irritating odor.

If the pungent smell is strong and the eyes, nose and throat have a slight burning sensation, most of the clothes are too high formaldehyde content to buy.

For infants and young children to buy clothing, try to choose small patterns of clothing, and the color can not be too gorgeous.

The color is too gorgeous, often adding too many dyes.

When choosing clothes, young mothers should try their best to choose fewer ornaments. They can not only avoid decorations from scratching children, but also prevent infants from swallowing ornaments and accidents.
