The inspection center, TUV TUV SUD and China footwear R & D center jointly organized the "seminar on footwear enterprises' response to environmental regulations and safety requirements in Europe and America", attracting managers from more than 100 shoe companies from Putian and surrounding jurisdictions to attend the lecture.
It is understood that as the EU and the United States continue to change and update the environmental laws and regulations related to imported footwear, China's footwear exporters are facing more and more pressure.

Risk, which led to the occurrence of related overseas notification and return of Chinese footwear exports, was mainly due to the fact that most production enterprises lacked the knowledge of laws and regulations of importing countries, most of which were over two of fumaric acid methyl ester (DMFu), which accounted for a higher proportion of the recall due to chemical hazards.
Putian, known as "China shoe city", is the "China footwear export base" and exports to as many as 143 countries and regions.

The seminar was specially invited by TUV SUD and senior experts from the national footwear inspection center. The lecture focused on the European Union ban on fumaric acid two methyl ester, the EU's further restriction on the use of organotin compounds, the requirements of the consumer goods Improvement Act of the United States, and the new requirements for footwear safety.
Finally, the experts also exchanged with everyone, and answered the questions raised by managers of shoe enterprises. The atmosphere was lively and the applause continued.
The organizers said that the three party cooperation of this seminar will focus on the organic unity of the situation and content, cooperation and service, and will play a positive role in improving the ability of shoe enterprises to resist risks.
