Recently, the reporter learned from the Qinghai Provincial Cultural Press and publication hall that our province has developed five major cultural industries, such as arts and crafts, professional art groups, art training industry, and so on, to build six major ethnic cultural industry groups such as ethnic costumes and Thangka as the general train of thought for the future development of cultural industry bases and parks in our province.

At present, the total area of cultural industry base, park and theme park in our province covers an area of 342 thousand square meters, with a total investment of 630 million yuan and 5932 employees.

In 2009, the income of each cultural industry base was 298 million 591 thousand and 400 yuan.

Director Li Xiaoyan introduced that at present, there are 3 national cultural industry demonstration bases in our province, of which 1 are performing arts services, two are arts and crafts processing and sales, and 22 are provincial cultural industry demonstration bases.

"The development of cultural industry base, park and theme park construction started late in our province. The earliest 1 processing and sales enterprises of Arts and crafts were founded in 1979, and most of the industrial bases and parks were established after 2000."

It is learned that according to the Ministry of culture's "cultural industry revitalization plan" and "the Ministry of culture on accelerating the development of Cultural Industries Guidance", the general idea of our province's cultural industry base and the development of the park has been determined.

According to the general idea, our province will vigorously develop the Thangka, Kunlun jade, Tibetan carpet and folk embroidery.

The provincial government has also set up a special fund for the development of cultural industries. Since 2007, 12 million yuan has been appropriated each year for the development of the cultural industry.

"Up to now, a total of 36 million yuan has been allocated to the cultural industry, which is used for the province's cultural entertainment industry, arts and crafts research and development, processing and other industries, and to support the loan discount of some cultural enterprises."
