Article 1, term of agreement
From the year of the year to the year of the year, the probationary period of Party B will be the day of the year.
Second articles and contents
Party B shall dispatch Party A to Party A during the period of agreement, and the party shall be responsible for arranging and adjusting the position of the work assigned by the party.
Third, labor remuneration
The remuneration of Party B's remuneration shall be determined by the units assigned to Party B according to the position of Party B, which shall not be lower than the minimum wage in Beijing, and shall be directly paid to Party B by Party sent to the unit, or Party A shall be paid first, and Party A shall pay Party B 6 days a month.
Fourth, Party A's responsibilities, rights and interests
1. responsible for the required units to provide Party B with the necessary working conditions for Party B's work.

Fifth, Party B's responsibilities, rights and interests
1. abide by the state laws and regulations and the provisions of Party A and the units assigned to them.
2. Party A shall bear corresponding responsibilities for maintaining the reputation and legitimate interests of Party A and its assigned units, such as damage or economic loss.
3. the wages and medical treatment of Party B suffering from occupational diseases or work-related injuries shall be borne by the units assigned to them according to the relevant regulations of the state and Beijing; the wages and medical treatment for sick or non work related injuries shall be borne by Party B's original business.
Article sixth, termination, termination and extension of agreements
1. during probation period, both parties can notify the other party to terminate this agreement at any time.
2. during the agreement, both parties may terminate this agreement, but notify the other party 7 days in advance.
If a person fails to give notice in advance, he shall pay the other party a penalty for one day after each delay. The standard is the daily salary of Party B.
3. when the agreement expires, both parties may terminate this agreement. If there is no objection, the agreement will automatically be renewed one month at a time.
Seventh, change of agreement
1. during the period of validity of the agreement, any change of the situation of the parties shall be sent to the other party in writing when the agreement is changed, and the other party shall make a written reply within 15 days.
2. the two parties agree to change the contents of the agreement, and the amended agreement or agreement annexes shall be signed by both parties.
3. if the two sides fail to agree, the agreement will be terminated.
Article eighth, liability for breach of contract
1, Party A violates this labor agreement to cause losses to Party B, shall be compensated according to Party B's damage condition;
2. If Party B leaves office within the agreed period, he shall compensate Party A for the economic losses.
Ninth, others
This agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy, which is equally authentic and has been signed by both parties.
