Many consumers are willing to "empty" their wallet under the gorgeous visual impact of the new dress, and at the same time relentlessly put the old clothes into the "cold palace" or even discard them. The result of the trend of consumers is the rapid development of the clothing industry, the rising sales volume, and the elimination rate of old clothes. Clothing waste The harm also appeared.

In September this year, the United States implemented New York. Old clothes recycling The plan is to concentrate on the old clothes that citizens do not want. New York produces 200 thousand tons of clothing waste every year, while New York residents have no lack of enthusiasm for clothing consumption. At present, what is the attitude of Chinese consumers in clothing consumption?

1/3 respondents spend more than two thousand yuan on annual clothing purchases

Among the respondents, the annual expenditure on clothing purchases was more than 2000 yuan, accounting for 34.19%, accounting for 32.38% between 1000-2000 yuan, and 23.43% between 500-1000 yuan, with 10% less than 500 yuan a year. The monthly income of respondents was below 3000 yuan, accounting for 41.4%, 3000-5000 yuan accounted for 18.5%, 5000-10000 yuan accounted for 29.2%, and monthly income of more than 10000 yuan accounted for 10.9%. It can be seen that among the respondents, the median income interval is 3000-5000 yuan, and the median purchase expenditure interval is 1000-2000 yuan. Among the respondents, 20 or more clothes were discarded or disposed of each year, accounting for 16.77%, accounting for 39.72% of the 10-20 items, accounting for 43.51% of the 0-10 items. For those who buy new clothes every year, 55.85% of respondents were interested in the new style of clothing, while the rest of the respondents chose work and social needs. From the above data, we can see that no matter how much the income is, people's enthusiasm for clothing consumption is not low. 90% of the respondents spend more than 500 yuan on clothing purchases each year, while 56.49% of the respondents are wearing more than 10 clothes annually. Buying more and throwing more is a current situation of clothing consumption.

Handling old clothes, giving people and donating are the main reasons.

Impulse buying is a very important factor that causes excessive clothing. Consumers need to maintain a rational attitude towards consumption in the face of fashion.

The concept of environmental protection for clothing consumption is not strong.

53% of the respondents knew at least one way to donate clothes, and 47% of the respondents did not know how to donate clothes. This shows that the publicity of clothing donation channels is still not enough.

Meanwhile, 37.69% of the respondents had the experience of donating clothes. 33.55% of the respondents had thought about donating clothes, but they never acted. 12% of respondents believe that clothing is closely related to environmental protection. The rest of the respondents believe that clothing is related to environmental protection or not. This shows that people have not yet realized the significance of clothing donation. The departments concerned should establish a convenient channel for clothing donation, so the publicity of low carbon consumption and environmental protection needs to be carried out for a long time.
