Li Peng, President of the Shanxi Consumer Association, said that when consumers purchase clothing and footwear, the operators did not seriously introduce the texture of the goods to consumers. After the quality problems appeared, operators often used various reasons to shirk their responsibilities, not to solve their problems in time, to poor customers and poor integrity.

Some complaints need to be tested to define the responsibilities of both parties after disputes arise, and the time and cost of the tests make many consumers unwilling to accept and give up testing, resulting in an increase in complaints.


Li Peng said that in 2011, Shanxi consumers' associations at all levels would strengthen social supervision over related fields, promote self-discipline and maintain market order, and adhere to the law, openness, fairness and impartiality so as to properly resolve consumer disputes and ensure that consumers complain about everything and everything, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in accordance with the law.
