Anta Scola Celebrates 61 For Primary School Students In Sichuan
On the afternoon of May 25th,
Scola received a warm welcome at Yao Foundation's hope primary school, and the children wore a red scarf for the NBA star. It is reported that there are 62 students in Guangyuan hope primary school. Scola has brought a set of basketball equipment that challenged Guinness. In addition to basketball equipment, he also donated stationery to children and encouraged children to study hard.
Accompanied by school leaders and student representatives, Scola visited the Thanksgiving classroom of the school. The photo taken by Yao Ming and his children on the wall made him feel a lot of "Diamonds" and couldn't praise his friends. Coming out of the classroom, Scola offered to take a PE lesson for the children. In the class, he took the children to learn warm-up, practiced shooting, explained the shooting tips for children, and finally helped the children complete the dunk dream, so that we could see an approachable, caring NBA boy.
It is reported that Scola also talked to Yao Ming on the plane before boarding the plane in Guangyuan. Yao Ming thanked Scola for going to Yao fund and hoped to visit the children in primary school, and wished Scola a happy and smooth trip to China.
The next day, Scola will leave for Southwest Jiao Tong University in Chengdu to take part in the Anta campus basketball league there.
