Washington (reporter Yang Ke Intern Guo Qin) primary school stage can not carry out half a period of examination; primary and junior high school students are not allowed to announce the examination results.

Today, the beginning of autumn, the reporter learned yesterday from the Municipal Education Commission. From the beginning of this autumn, the Municipal Education Commission will supervise and spot the schools from the new compulsory education law, such as education fees, school running classes, teaching behavior, tuition waivers for poor students, etc., and at the same time, the compulsory education schools organize student examinations to have a number of provisions.

After the entrance examination this autumn, all schools in the compulsory education stage have regulations on the number of examinations and the jurisdiction of students.

That is: strict control of the number of students in the school examination, of which, primary school stage should not carry out a half term examination; primary and junior high school stage shall not announce the examination results of students, and not to rank and publicize the students according to the examination results.

According to the relevant person in charge of the basic education department of the Municipal Education Commission, the implementation of this year's "hard struggle" is mainly aimed at reducing the burden of primary and secondary school students in the compulsory education stage. "Quality education" can not become a slogan shouting but not implemented by all schools.

At the press conference yesterday, the Municipal Education Commission officials explicitly indicated that all fees and charges that were not included in the administrative fee items of the university could be paid independently, including textbooks fees.

In fact, it is a habit for university students to pay tuition fees and pay textbooks fees in the new semester.

However, many college students reflect that university textbooks can be borrowed from the previous school elders, except for professional extracurricular activities.

In addition, on the eve of school year or the eve of graduation, many people on campus also sell second-hand textbooks, and students can spend less money to buy the required books.

According to our understanding, colleges and universities in Xi'an and other places in China have begun to distribute textbooks to each student according to the curriculum. Students can purchase or borrow them without any related fees.

It is reported that our city also plans to cancel the charge within 2 years.

In the end, the Municipal Education Commission will strictly supervise the enrollment of all the schools, especially the enrollment in the senior middle school, and prohibit the sale of students from four to one.

At the same time, the private schools run by secondary schools directly under the Municipal Education Commission will start to realize the "four independence" from the beginning of this fall, that is, independent legal persons, independent school buildings, independent economic accounting and independent teaching.

Concerning the tuition fees of private schools concerned by the public, the relevant person in charge of the financial affairs department of the Municipal Education Commission introduced that: the fees charged by the government in the private schools should be enforced according to the relevant tuition standard approved by the Municipal Price Bureau; the tuition fees for the privately run schools must be approved by the Municipal Price Bureau or the district (autonomous county or city) price bureaus according to the management authority.
