In the first batch of 59 national "foreign trade pformation and upgrading professional demonstration base", Ningbo Ninghai stationery base and Yinzhou garment base are on the list.
The specialized demonstration base of the national foreign trade pformation and upgrading is mainly aimed at the industrial cluster area of a specific industry. It involves six major categories, namely, agricultural products, light industrial products, textiles, medical and health products, specialized chemicals and new raw materials. These bases have the highest export scale, potential and technological level in the domestic counterparts.
Take the two bases in Ningbo as an example, Ninghai stationery base has an annual output value of over 5 billion yuan, has more than 400 stationery production enterprises, and many leading products occupy a higher share in the international market. Yinzhou is one of the main gathering places of the garment industry in Ningbo, YOUNGOR, Shan Shan, Luo Meng, Lopez, and Luo Luo Cheng.

The brand enterprises settled here, and garment export earned more than US $1 billion 200 million per year.
China will set up a large number of demonstration bases with strong export effect and obvious industrial advantages in 5 to 10 years, and will be divided into three types, namely, professional, enterprise and base type.
Since February this year, the Ministry of Commerce has carried out the first batch of accreditation work of the professional demonstration base for the pformation and upgrading of the national foreign trade. It has received 94 base application materials submitted by the whole country, and finally 59 bases have come to the fore. Among them, 5 bases in Zhejiang are listed on the list.
In addition to Ningbo, Zhejiang also has Wenzhou footwear base, Zhoushan seafood base and Hangzhou Xiaoshan chemical fiber textile base.
It is reported that the state will pass special tax subsidies.
