At present, the center of the debate between the four fashion centers is the schedule of fashion week next year. Milan has announced that the fashion week in September will overlap with New York and London Fashion week. This means that if the United States finds a solution, buyers, magazine editors and so on all need to choose one of these three fashion week.

The clash comes from the fashion week schedule set in 2008. The decision was that the fashion week in New York will be held on the second Thursday in September, followed by London, Milan and Paris.

The British and American fashion associations say the decision is permanent, but Italy and France say the decision can last for only 3 years.

Earlier this year, the Italy Fashion Association declared that the fashion week 2012 will be held in September 19th, while the French Fashion Association said that the fashion week in 2012 was September 25, 2012.

Based on the 2008 decision, the fashion week in New York and London in 2012 was September 13th and September 21st respectively.

At present, no solution has been found in all aspects.

The final decision is likely to be in Paris, because the two big groups of LVMH and PPR belong to France.

The two groups have AlexanderMcQueen, Gucci, MarcJacobs, christianDior, LouisVuitton and other famous brands.
