"Opinions" clearly, this year, our province will introduce, build and cultivate a number of "100 billion yuan" consumer goods industry major projects. At the same time, our province will focus on building Quanzhou textile chemical fiber. Quanzhou Sporting goods, Quanzhou leisure food, Shishi garments, Putian textile shoes Clothing, Changle textile and chemical fiber, Zhangzhou agricultural products processing and other competitive industrial clusters at home and abroad.

As a pillar industry and important livelihood industry in the province's national economy, the consumer goods industry maintains millions of employees' employment and the livelihoods of the vast urban and rural people. Our province is clear that this year, the province will introduce, build and cultivate a number of "100 billion yuan" major projects, specifically for a number of paper industry, clothing and textiles and other projects.

Our province will carry out the project hierarchical management, the provincial key provincial approval projects and the new output value of more than 3 billion yuan projects; the city's focus on municipal examination and approval projects and new output value of more than 1 billion yuan projects; the county's key approval of the county level projects and the new production value of 100 million yuan on the project. It is clear that responsible units, responsible persons and construction time limits for major projects should be implemented, so as to ensure that projects are successfully started and put into operation.

At the same time, our province will build industrial clusters with competitiveness both at home and abroad, focusing on building Quanzhou's textile and chemical fibers.
