After the TCF ceased, the China Textile Exhibition became the only influential textile category exhibition in Australia.

In addition, since last year, Australia's "China Textile show" began to hold the same place as Australia's international purchasing Exhibition (AISF) in Australia, which further expanded our country.

And the international influence of home textile industry.

Data analysis: the last year (2011) Australian exhibition shows China's exhibition area of about 3000 square meters, exhibitors from more than 150 enterprises in China.

The total number of merchants was 3121, mainly from Australia and New Zealand, with a turnover of US $about 28200000.

The attendees included wholesalers, retailers, importers and manufacturers.

The most popular items at the exhibition are bedclothes, curtains, tablecloths, towels, bath towels, men's wear, women's wear, children's wear, footwear, scarves, gloves, clothing accessories, handbags, wallet and so on.

According to past developments, more than 80% of the exhibitors have met new customers with their business counterparts at the exhibition, while consolidating their relationship with old customers. Nearly half of the exhibitors have expanded their exports directly or indirectly by participating in the exhibition, which has greatly enhanced the international image of Chinese enterprises.

Market analysis: Australia is an economic leader in Oceania and the South Pacific region. Its annual GDP per capita is about 20 thousand US dollars.

Australia is a net importer of textiles, and 70% of its textile consumption depends on imports.

In addition, since Australia and New Zealand have no quota restrictions on the textiles produced in China, this has greatly facilitated bilateral trade.

In 2010, China's textile exports to Australia amounted to US $3 billion 773 million, an increase of 23.4% over the same period last year.

Moreover, Chinese made textiles are also very popular in Australia. The "made in China" of textile industry is equal to the "made in Japan" in the electrical field.

It can be seen that Australia is one of the overseas markets that Chinese textile and garment textile enterprises are worth exploring.
