Xinjiang Jinye Textile Co., Ltd., located in Alar City, was founded in 2011. At present, it has reached 100 thousand spindles, and the spinning equipment has adopted advanced spinning equipment and production technology.

In the company's production workshop, most of its production staff were from the mainland, and the local staff were only 1/3.

"Now our staff management and technical personnel and even some front-line employees are recruited from the mainland. The local staff are not good at recruiting, and the mobility is also very large, especially in the spring sowing and cotton picking season."

The company's general manager, Bai Pu, said that enterprises have been responding to the call of the state to actively solve the employment problem. However, because of the differences between locals and our life philosophy, there are not many people who really stay in the factory.

At the same time, enterprises can not enjoy the corresponding subsidies of the state after three years if they use the outside staff.

The same situation also exists in Kashi's company, Ltd.

Reporters in the company's production workshop learned that although some local people are working in an orderly manner, Liu Yang, general manager of the company, is still worried because some people may not work in the factory until the end of this month.

"Some time ago, 300 people came to the company for training. After 3 months of hard training, only a few dozen people were willing to stay.

We provide them with a series of benefits such as dormitories, free meals and so on, but they still do not want to stay.

Some willing to stay and work for a month, the money at the end of the month left.

Liu Yang complained to reporters.

Lu Pingjun, deputy general manager of Anhui Huamao alar Textile Co., Ltd. also said: "the biggest difficulty for enterprises now is recruitment difficulties. For this reason, enterprises are afraid to expand their scale.

But now that the state has issued so many relevant policies, it will certainly contribute greatly to the future development of enterprises. I believe the problem of recruiting workers will soon be solved.

Relevant policies need to be implemented in detail.

In order to solve the difficult problem of recruitment in Xinjiang textile enterprises, some counties and cities in Xinjiang actively introduced relevant policies, but the effect was not satisfactory.

"We send tens of thousands of people to Zhejiang every year to train, although it can not solve the problem of recruiting workers at present, but we have to continue this work and hope that enterprises will gradually adapt to it."

Awati County deputy county magistrate Yi Jie said.

In view of the difficulty of recruitment in Xinjiang textile enterprises, Zhuge Jian, Deputy Commissioner of the Akesu office, thinks that recruitment difficulties are mainly caused by two reasons. First, Xinjiang has vast land resources, and locals are accustomed to working in the land. They are not accustomed to working in factories for a long time, and they differ in their life philosophy with their working and working systems.

Two, textile enterprises do not have advantages for local people's wages, so they are not very attractive to locals.

"The difficulty of employment is only temporary. With the development of related industries, the problem of employment will surely be solved."

Jiang Hui, director of the Akesu Textile Industrial City Management Committee, believes that industrial development needs a process. For enterprises, I believe that after 3-5 years of development, Xinjiang's labor resources will become a major advantage.

Luo Rongqing, deputy general manager of Xinjiang Yuhua Textile Co., Ltd., said that the state proposed a plan to promote the employment of millions of people in Xinjiang, which has a great role in promoting local enterprises. However, the government needs to further implement every aspect.

Nowadays, the development of enterprises is badly in need of support from talents, and employees need stability. Only in this way can enterprises operate more steadily.

Zhu Beina, President of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, also believes that the development of textile and garment industry in Xinjiang needs support from local staff in the long run. It is hoped that the local government and textile enterprises will make joint efforts to solve this problem actively and effectively, and effectively implement the Xinjiang employment plan, thereby promoting the rapid development of Xinjiang textile enterprises.

It is worth noting that with the introduction of national policies, textile enterprises have doubts about the implementation of policies.

Related enterprises have told reporters that some policies have been implemented slowly, and some policies have not yet been put in place.

"We hope that the relevant policies promulgated by the state can come to the ground as soon as possible and increase confidence in enterprises."

Regarding this, Xie Qing, deputy director of the Xinjiang Commission of letters and commissions, said that the implementation of policies needs a process.
