To carry out stock option trading, we should abide by the relevant laws and regulations such as the securities law, the regulations on the management of futures trading, and the administrative measures for the pilot of stock option pactions issued by the Securities Regulatory Commission.

Among them, the thirteenth provision of the regulations on futures trading management stipulates that the types of pactions listed on futures exchanges shall be approved by the futures regulatory authority of the State Council.

The eighty-fifth provision provides that "futures trading in the trading place approved by the futures regulatory authority of the State Council outside the futures exchange shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of this regulation".

The fifth provision for the pilot management of options trading stipulates that "stock exchanges can carry out stock option pactions with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the listing, suspension, cancellation or restoration of stock option trading varieties shall be approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission."

The twenty-sixth provision stipulates that when the stock exchanges and securities registration and clearing institutions carry out the stock option trading and settlement business, the relevant business activities shall be carried out according to the relevant regulatory requirements and legal responsibilities of futures exchanges for futures exchanges in accordance with the regulations on the management of futures trading.
