Zara Faces $40 Million In Litigation Claims.

Zara USA Inc. of Zara, a fast fashion group, is facing a lawsuit claim of $40 million for its former employees. It has been accused of racial discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination and pay discrimination for employees of different nationalities. It also creates a hostile working environment within the company.

According to relevant information, the legal action was submitted to the New York court in Manhattan on Wednesday.

Zara USA Inc. former general counsel Ian Jack Miller accused the US business manager Dilip Patel, the former chief executive of Zara USA Inc. and the current director of the north south US business expansion, who was in violation of the New York and New York human rights law and labor law, claiming racial discrimination, wage discrimination and undue retaliation.

The defendants also include Zara USA Inc., suspected of being racially discriminating and anti Semitism in the products and information they sell, including handbags marked with Nazi symbols, and children's clothing inspired by the Nazi Germany's genocidal prison camp during World War II.

According to the court documents, "Zara has always created a worldwide image. However, the company is notorious for its race and anti Semitism in selling product patterns and information."

The court documents showed that Miller served as the company's general counsel from January 2008 to March 2015, but he was once influenced by an unfriendly working environment, because Miller was a homosexual among Jews and the United States.

Miller alleged in the lawsuit that senior executives of Zara, including some of the founders of Amancio Ortega, the founder of Zara, will attack Mr. Miller with every feature.
