Recovery and reuse is an important starting point for the textile industry to develop a recycling economy and create an ecological civilization. During the "13th Five-Year" period, the focus of resource conservation in the textile industry will be shifted from "waste" to "old" recycling.

According to the research results of the society of circular economy of China, the total fiber processing in China's textile industry reached 48 million 580 thousand tons in 2013, and other natural fibers were 1 million 380 thousand tons. In 2013, about 20 million 700 thousand tons of waste textiles were produced in China.

In 2014, the sales revenue of the textile industry increased by 43.7% compared with the same period last year, and the total volume of the textile industry ranked first in Northern Jiangsu. Among them, 9 new high-tech enterprises were approved by the state, 8 were granted provincial R & D institutions, and the annual sales volume was more than 50 million yuan.

He thought that as a high ground for undertaking the industrial pfer in the North and south, the county has the ability to undertake the pfer of the economic development of the textile industry across the South of Jiangsu economic circle. It also indicated that it would further increase publicity and promotion efforts to promote the textile industry in the county to a new level.
