The technology innovation has driven the pformation and development of the chemical fiber industry, enhanced the original innovation, integrated innovation, and introduced the digestion and absorption and reinvention ability, provided the strategic support of the chemical fiber industry's scientific and technological strength, and promoted the scientific and technological progress of the chemical fiber industry.

The first prize of this thesis is: polyimide fiber prepared by dry spinning and its structure and properties; the completion unit is the State Key Laboratory of fiber material modification, Donghua University, Jiangsu, and the new material Limited by Share Ltd of Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng, Yao Mu, and Yu Jianyong of the Chinese Academy of engineering.

The recommendations of the expert group are as follows:

Polyimide fiber is a high performance fiber with high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and good mechanical properties, but polymer preparation and direct spinning is difficult to achieve in large-scale production.

The polyimide spinning solution was first prepared by the dry spinning process and the spinning process conditions were studied. The process of polyimide cyclization reaction was effectively solved, and the fibers with good thermal stability and good heating properties were obtained. The breaking strength was 5.8cN/ dtex, and the initial thermal decomposition temperature was above 560 C.

The technology has successfully realized the localization of key technology and equipment, and the overall level has reached the international advanced level.

The fiber has been successfully industrialized, breaking the monopoly of foreign products and technology, and promoting the rapid development of the industrialization of polyimide high performance fibers. It is recommended as the first prize.
