Both maternity leave and paternity leave have been extended, and paternity leave in Guangxi has increased to 25 days.

In addition, Beijing, Shandong, Jilin, Shanxi and other places have also brewed their respective draft regulations on Family Planning Ordinance.

According to previous regulations, couples eligible for late marriage can be legally prescribed for 3 days.

Marriage holiday

On the basis of increasing the number of days of marriage leave, the number of marriages in different places ranged from 7 days to nearly 30 days.

However, the newly revised family planning law abolished relevant provisions encouraging late marriages.

Later, many marriages were cancelled.

At the end of last year, Guangdong province first adopted the Guangdong provincial population and Family Planning Ordinance (Revised Draft), which explicitly abolished the late marriage leave.

Subsequently, the new birth control regulations in five provinces of Hubei, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Anhui and Guangxi also came out one after another.

In addition to the above 6 regions, the Wei Planning Commission of two cities in Beijing and Shanghai also made clear that earlier this year the abolition of late marriage leave would be abolished.

At present, a new family planning ordinance is brewing.

In addition, Jilin is also soliciting opinions on the Jilin provincial population and Family Planning Ordinance (Draft Amendment). Among them, the late marriage workers were deleted by virtue of the "marriage certificate" to increase their marriage leave for twelve days.

Shandong province also intends to cancel the original 14 day late marriage leave.

However, at present, the new birth control regulations in most provinces have not yet been released. Many districts are still implementing late marriage leave according to the current family planning regulations. For example, Heilongjiang, Fujian and Chongqing have declared that their marriage leave can still rest.

The new family planning law also abolished relevant provisions encouraging late childbirth, but at the same time, it also pointed out that couples who had children born in accordance with laws and regulations could receive rewards or other welfare benefits for extended childbearing.

As a result, the rest of the maternity leave has become the focus of attention.

At present,

Guangdong

The new family planning ordinance stipulates that the husband and wife who are in compliance with the laws and regulations require children to have 30 days' incentive leave.

That is to say, with the basic 98 natural birth leave, women who comply with the relevant reproductive rules can have at least 128 days' maternity leave.

In addition, the new birth control ordinance of three places in Tianjin, Zhejiang and Hubei has clearly extended the maternity leave for 30 days.

In the provinces that have introduced new birth control regulations, Anhui has the longest number of maternity leave days, reaching 60 days, followed by Guangxi, reaching 50 days.

In addition, Beijing's earlier amendment to the Beijing population and Family Planning Ordinance (draft manuscript) has explicitly abolished the 30 day late childbirth leave stipulated in the current family planning ordinance and revised it to the female employees who are in line with the prescribed childbirth. Apart from enjoying the maternity leave stipulated by the state regulations, the incentive fee is increased by 30 days.

If the bill is adopted, the women who comply with the childbearing policy will enjoy 98 days' maternity leave and 30 days' incentive leave, which is 128 days, which is the same as the number of days before maternity leave.

The amendment to the regulations on population and family planning of Shandong province (draft solicitation draft) clearly stated that couples who have children born in accordance with the law and the regulations shall increase maternity leave for 60 days except for maternity leave prescribed by the state.

Jilin is also seeking advice on the Internet for "extended maternity leave 60 days".
