The conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements is relatively low, some of the research results are stopped in the laboratory, and they fail to be industrialized and commercialized. Some key technologies are difficult to spread to the whole industry due to competition and benefit distribution.

There is still a big gap between scientific and technological innovation and advanced countries, and lack of independent innovation and integrated innovation capability.

Underdevelopment of basic research and common key technologies has affected the overall technological level of the industry.

Bottlenecks still exist in the development and application of high-end industrial textiles. There is still a new breakthrough in cleaner production technology that meets higher environmental protection requirements. The level of intelligent manufacturing and application of information must be improved, and standardization construction is still lagging behind.
