The total amount and net proceeds collected from subscription items will be HK $600 million and HK $599 million respectively. The net amount is intended to be used for the group's sales and distribution channels reform, potential merger, acquisition and cooperation projects and general liquidity funds.

Since the first net profit decline in the first half of 2011 last year, the performance of urban beauty has fallen into a downturn.

According to the 2016 earnings report, urban beauty realized 4 billion 512 million yuan in revenue, down 8.9% from the same period last year.

The profit attributable to shareholders was 242 million yuan, down 55.2% from the same period last year.

In those days, urban beauty closed down a number of deficit stores, and the total number of stores dropped by 985.

At present, there are 7651 stores in urban beauty, of which 1523 are self owned shops and 6128 are franchised stores.
