Rongsheng took over Yongsheng film and completed the production and production of 4 production lines in May last year. In September, it began to repair the two production line 5 and 6. The two production lines were different from the 4 production lines of the first phase. Due to the long downtime, the equipment was aging and corroded more seriously, and there were many defects in the spare parts. The roller surface treatment of the chilling rolls, drafting rolls and corona rollers involved in the maintenance was more complicated, involving thermal spraying, coating, and so on.

For half a year, the line 6 was put into operation in March. With the commissioning of line 5, the Yongsheng film has been fully restored.
At present, Yongsheng membrane film polyester production capacity is 550 tons / day, 6 production lines are running normally and orderly, the daily output of finished products is about 420 tons / day, and the production capacity has ranked the top five in the BOPET industry.
Recently, the company has more than ten thousand tons of sales orders, laying a solid foundation for the company to expand the market.
