The apartment is priced between $5 million and $22 million after completion.

Although Fendi did not disclose the occupancy of the apartment after its completion, the real estate business should provide a good return for Fendi from the perspective of the new projects to be launched.

The renovation of the shop is expected to commence in 2020 and completed in 2023. The top two floors of the renovation are Giorgio Armani flagship retail boutiques, while the upstairs will add 19 sets of Armani / Casa luxury residences, and the interior design will also be handled by Giorgio Armani herself.
