New Balance, Oka Addison And Other Brands Of Children'S Clothing Failed List
In February 27, 2019, the website of the Hangzhou Municipal Administration of supervision and administration announced the sampling inspection of light textile products in 2018. ONE-T children's clothing such as hare, Mini Hysterickids, new balance, Oka Addison, and Hua no HUANUO were unqualified, involving items such as fiber content, formaldehyde content, color fastness, rope and pH value of garments.
The sampling inspection is mainly based on national mandatory standards, recommended national standards, industry standards, commodity express product standards, and enterprise production standards.
Hangzhou city market supervision and Administration Bureau said that for the network disqualified products, network operators and third party e-commerce platform should immediately stop sales; consumers asked for returns, operators should be responsible for return.
The operators of the unqualified commodities listed in the list have unified the case supervision to the market supervision (Commerce and industry) Department of the place where the operator is located or where the online shopping platform is located.
At the same time, the quality and Technology Supervision Department of the commodity producers' location has been notified of the unqualified products.
