000803.SZ May 10th disclosed that Fuzhou North control Yu Yang equity investment partnership (limited partnership) ("North control Yu Yang") offered acquiring company shares, and the stock will resume trading in May 13, 2019.

As of May 6, 2019, when the tender offer expired, according to the statistics provided by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., Shenzhen branch, during the tender offer from April 4, 2019 to May 6, 2019, there were 192 accounts totaling about 5 million 231 thousand and 700 of shares accepted by the purchaser.

The pfer procedures of the tender offer will be handled according to the relevant regulations. After completion of the pfer, yuking Yang holds about 5 million 231 thousand and 700 of the company's shares, accounting for 4.10% of the company's issued shares.

After the completion of the tender offer, the shareholding ratio of Yuyang and concerted persons in the North control company accounted for 33.96% of the total shares of the company. After deducting the state-owned assets investment and operation limited liability company of Nanchong, the shareholding ratio accounted for 21.82% of the total shares of the company.

The purpose of this tender offer is to enhance control over listed companies, improve the efficiency of corporate governance and management, promote the steady development of listed companies, enhance the profitability and risk tolerance of listed companies, and enhance the return on investment to the public shareholders.

The tender offer is not intended to terminate the listing status of Jinyu city.
