Notice on resignation of supervisors
All members of the company and the board of supervisors ensure that the contents of the information disclosure are authentic, accurate and complete, without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
The board of supervisors of the Shenzhen textile (Group) Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "company") received the resignation report of the company supervisor Li Lei in September 20, 2019. Li Lei resigned from the supervisory board of the seventh supervisory board for his personal reasons, and Li Lei would not hold any post in the company after his resignation.
According to the statute of the company, the board of supervisors is composed of 3 supervisors. Li Lei's resignation will result in less than the statutory minimum number of board members of the board of supervisors. His resignation application will come into force after the shareholders' meeting elects the new supervisor. Li Lei will continue to perform the duties of the supervisor before the new supervisor is elected by election. Until the announcement date, Li Lei did not directly or indirectly hold shares in the company.
