Using technology to help China's fashion industry boom and develop, drive China's fashion industry with innovation and lead the world.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology will soon usher in 60th anniversary. At the historic moment with such important commemorative significance, the summit forum of "science and technology, fashion and fashion" of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, "technology helps fashion, innovation and lead the world" was held in the afternoon of October 12, 2019 in the lecture hall of the cherry orchard campus art building, held in fifteenth.
This forum is hosted by Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology and hosted by business school. The forum was presided over by Professor Fang Gang, vice president of business school.

The Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president Zhong Cong Sheng made the opening speech. He expounded the importance of fashion in promoting consumption upgrading, enhancing people's sense of achievement, happiness and promoting the quality of China's economy. It is pointed out that China's fashion industry will rely on global technological innovation and Oriental aesthetic value to build a fashion standard based on China's excellent culture, and become a new "first level" to lead and promote the development of global fashion industry, and to show its cultural confidence and multi element charm in the development of global fashion industry. Finally, we hope that this forum will bring together the wisdom and Inspiration of all parties to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between schools and the industry to jointly promote the vigorous development of China's fashion industry.

Zhao Ping, director of the International Trade Department of the China Council for the promotion of international trade (CCPIT), brought the keynote speech on how Chinese brands participate in international competition. She introduced the current situation and favorable conditions for Chinese brands to participate in international competition, and pointed out that with the continuous improvement of China's economic scale and competitive strength, Chinese brands' participation in international competition depends on high standards of product and service quality, technological and managerial innovation, good deeds in China and effective cultural dissemination.

Professor Li Hong, Professor of economics, Peking University, vice president of the Capital Development Research Institute of Peking University and director of National Resource Economics Research Center, Peking University, delivered a keynote speech on "China's fashion industry in the reconstruction of global value chain". From the new perspective of the global value chain, she pointed out that the modern fashion industry has the characteristics of high creativity, high brand effect and high added value. Then, based on the analysis of the global fashion industry and the new trend of the development of fashion industry under the reconstruction of global value chain, the eight character policy strategy to enhance our status in the global fashion industry value chain is put forward.

Liu Yanguang, general manager of innovation and Technology Cooperation Department of Jingdong, introduces the exploration and practice of Internet giant Jingdong in fashion field. Through the high-end customization strategy in London Fashion Week, Jingdong set up Jingdong Fashion Technology Research Institute to develop Jingdong fashion related technology, and launched unbounded retail energy series solutions including "data empowerment", "store technology empowerment", "online and offline integration empowerment", "systematized tool empowerment" and put forward four major strategies of Jingdong fashion: platform ecology strategy, platform operation strategy, WeChat operation strategy and the whole network traffic ecological strategy.

Peng Zhengchang, director, deputy general manager and chief financial officer of the fashion company, delivered a brilliant speech entitled "challenges facing the internationalization of fashion enterprises". He first analyzed the internationalization characteristics of China's fashion industry, and then analyzed the challenges faced by China's fashion industry internationalization by using data contrast, and pointed out that the main reasons leading to the internationalization of China's fashion industry were the European and American brand led consumer mentality, the outstanding domestic market oriented fashion designers, the lack of composite entrepreneurs, and the openness of the industry. Finally, it was suggested that China's fashion industry need to work hard to achieve self transcendence, and the timing and pace of internationalization should also be properly assessed and done according to their capabilities.

Sabine Ichikawa, director of the Institute of luxury and innovation at ESSCA business school, France, has made a brilliant speech around "Fashion Systems in a Global Perspective". After analyzing the fashion system of Europe, the United States and Japan from a global perspective, the paper points out that the key elements of China's fashion system include profound cultural and pluralistic inspiration, young people becoming the new generation of creators and consumers, integration of the industry and logistics network established in the past more than 40 years into the global economy, and rapid iteration in all aspects of the value chain.

Professor Wang Lu, Dean of the school of art of China Women's University, gave a wonderful report on "inclusive and sustainable thinking and trial". She pointed out that Chinese creation and Chinese design are the most important issues in the contemporary era, pointing out that design should highlight the design concepts of technology and art, fashion and health, sustainability and inclusiveness, and provide a fashionable and healthy life for people with the concept of inclusiveness and sustainability.
