Beijing Market Supervision Bureau: Electronic Business Platform Double Eleven Must Not Rise First And Then Drop.
The Beijing municipal market supervision bureau recently carried out administrative guidance to 10 key e-business platform enterprises such as Jingdong, Tmall, USA, jumei.com and other enterprises, and urged the enterprises to carry out the "double eleven" network centralized promotion activities recently.
The bureau provides guidance from seven aspects of platform governance, advertising, consumer protection, price management, product quality, catering management and health food.
Among them, the Beijing Market Supervision Bureau said that e-commerce platform enterprises should promptly detect and stop wrongful acts such as fictitious original price, first rise and fall, non performance of price commitments, and conscientiously fulfill the obligation of marked price.
According to the relevant media, Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau and other departments have recently convened 22 key business enterprises in the city, such as spelling, group comment, Gome online, Xiao Hong, hungry, Jian Yi, Jian Fang, pharmacy network, tigers, and ocean wharf, etc., and held an executive meeting to regulate the "double eleven" network centralized sales promotion activities, and urge the electric business enterprises to implement the relevant requirements and standardize the sales promotion.
