Question one: why is the leakage of the yarn clearer serious and the reason for its low efficiency?

Answer: the reasons for this problem are as follows.

1) the yarn clearer gain is low (the yarn number is set wrong and the number is too large).

2) the setting of the yarn cleaning parameters is too loose.

3) the sensitivity of most of the cars is low.

4) failure of control box control software.

Solution:

1) check whether the material coefficient is set properly, retest the yarn to determine the appropriate material coefficient, or directly reduce the material coefficient by 0.3 to 0.5.

2) choose yarn cleaning process parameters (threshold and length) reasonably, and determine the best yarn removal threshold by experiment. Generally speaking, in order to eliminate the 9 grade harmful yarn defects, the short and thick threshold is set to S:140% to 180%, L:1.2 cm to 1.8 cm, long and thick, and long detail threshold can be set according to the quality requirements.

3) adjust the sensitivity of the detector and keep the sensitivity of all the detection heads as much as possible (the consistency of the sensitivity of the detector is that the sensitivity of each probe should be adjusted to the average sensitivity of all the detection heads by 5 words).

4) replace the control box to control the software chip.

Question two: what are the causes of bend weft?

Answer: when weaving, the weft yarn is U shaped, causing weft stoppage. The causes of bend weft are as follows.

1) the release angle of the weft stop pin of the weft feeder is not correct.

2) the installation position of the main nozzles is bad, the injection angle is not correct, and the pressure is too high.

3) when the shear pressure is too small, the scissors on the side of the yarn cut off the weft when the weft is separated from the stop pin.

4) when the multi nozzle is weaving, the weft yarn intertwined at the head end of the main nozzle tube.

5) the main and auxiliary nozzles have gas leakage.

6) the pressure of the auxiliary nozzles is too low, and the conveying capacity of the weft is insufficient.

7) the front end of the secondary nozzle is hung with warp yarn.

8) the warp tension is too small, the opening volume is too small, and the opening of the warp is poor.

9) the height of the heald frame is not suitable. The reeds are dirty and affect the flying of weft.
