Printing And Dyeing Industry Pressure

"At present, our printing and dyeing industry in Keqiao is facing three challenges: first, the low price of printing and dyeing enterprises, the fall in prices and the challenges facing enormous pressure." two, the transformation and upgrading of the global printing and dyeing enterprises are facing challenges of reinvention. The three is facing the challenge of emission reduction and emission reduction. Recently, in the three quarter of Ma on town economic situation analysis meeting, Zhejiang Province printing and dyeing industry association president, Keqiao District printing and Dyeing Industry Association executive chairman, "Haitong printing and dyeing" Chairman Li Chuanhai said so.

Review the development trend of foreign textile printing and dyeing industry

In mid October this year, according to the spirit of the district and district governments to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the entire printing and dyeing industry, a total of 12 people from Dhaka, Indonesia, Jakarta and central Java province were inspected.

Li Chuanhai said in his introduction and analysis that Bangladesh's overall economic development level is relatively low, and its infrastructure is backward, traffic congestion, land scarcity and energy shortage are prominent problems. However, the huge scale of population has provided a steady stream of cheap labor for economic development, coupled with low price level, strong policy support and positive external policies. Bangladesh has developed a relatively large advantage in developing labor-intensive industries, especially export manufacturing.

The textile and garment industry is a pillar industry in Bangladesh's economic development. According to Bangladesh clothing manufacturers and Exporters Association, there are about more than 2000 textile factories and more than 6000 garment processing factories in Bangladesh, with more than 5 million people in the textile industry, 80% of whom are women.

In analyzing the highlights of the textile and dyeing industry of the two countries, Li Chuanhai admitted that Bangladesh has the characteristics of long chain of printing and dyeing upstream and downstream industries, preferential tax revenue, original printing design and outstanding talent advantages, and low cost of raw materials and auxiliary materials.

Talent cultivation, high-end product development is the key.

"Indonesia's printing design starts early and has many varieties of colors, and design research and development is ahead of China for more than 10 years." Li Chuanhai said, like our region's "red and blue", "Sheng Xin Printing and dyeing", "Yu Hua printing and dyeing", "morning printing and dyeing" and other enterprises, all have hired Indonesian designers. In addition, Indonesia's printing and dyeing equipment is different from that of our region. Indonesian enterprises have a long-term strategic goal of personnel training. They have trained a large number of R & D talents through long-term accumulation and provided solid technical support for the development of enterprises.

This visit has brought a lot of inspiration to our district enterprises. First of all, we should pay more attention to personnel training, and strive to nurture printing and dyeing technology management talents, especially pay attention to the improvement of line operators' professional skills and cultural quality. At the same time, it is necessary to introduce foreign and domestic education and vigorously introduce managerial and technical personnel. Enterprises should also actively and independently cultivate skilled local talents, laying a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing enterprises.

Next is to pay more attention to product development. While the low-end textile products are shifting to Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries, enterprises should pay more attention to the research and development of high-end products and form regional competitive advantages. Then we should strengthen the guidance and cultivation of industrial intelligence. Enterprises should take an active part in the implementation of industrial intelligence. At the same time, it is suggested that the government should strengthen training in the implementation of intelligent technology and operators, and introduce relevant supporting policies, and actively guide enterprises to use and promote industrial intelligent equipment. In addition, the development and operation of enterprises must be guided by the market. The choice of production equipment of enterprises is determined by the law of market economy.

Finally, we should pay more attention to upgrading and upgrading of enterprises. At present, facing the strong momentum of the rising of the textile and garment industry in the underdeveloped countries, we must have a strong sense of crisis, sense of responsibility and mission. We must face up to difficulties and face our shortcomings with perseverance and the courage of the Phoenix.
