In July 6th, the market supervisory authority issued the "Taizhou consumer satisfaction index" in June. The composite index is 82, which is the same as the index of the previous survey cycle, and the market consumption environment grade is "good".

Last month, the consumer satisfaction index was "3 liters, 1 flat, 2 drops" in 6 categories of goods and services closely related to the daily life of the public. Specifically, the Consumption Satisfaction Index of clothing, food commodities and services and catering services has increased compared with May, and the market consumption environment grades are all "good". The consumer satisfaction index of mobile phone products and services is the same as the index 75 of the previous survey cycle, and the market consumption environment level is "general". The Consumption Satisfaction Index of automobile and household appliances and services declined, and the consumption environment level of the market was "good" and "general" respectively.

It is worth mentioning that since April, the consumer satisfaction index of clothing commodities and services has continued to rise. Other indicators still have room for improvement.

In addition, statistics show that in June, the Taizhou Municipal Administration of market supervision received 1353 complaints from consumers and 612 reports.

From the point of view of consumer complaints, food (Catering) complaints mainly focus on the sale of food that is out of date, deteriorating or not meeting the food safety standards.

Automobile products mainly complain about the problems of inability to connect to the vehicle during the warranty period, the failure to use wiper, the failure of steering system, the inability to refrigerate the air conditioner, and consumers' purchase of used cars when they are unaware.

For clothing and footwear products, it mainly reflects the existence of pilling, fabric loss and fading. There are quality problems such as leather peeling, heel asymmetry, etc., or the description of online shopping shoes is inconsistent with the higher commodity parameters and the actual goods received.

Complaints about communications products are mostly quality problems such as floral screen and unable to recharge during the three packet period. Many problems such as bad maintenance or bad maintenance records have been found.
