On September 10, Xinjiang La Chapelle Clothing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "La Chapelle") announced that its Chinese name would be changed from "Xinjiang La Chapelle Clothing Co., Ltd." to "Yixin Group Co., Ltd." and its English name was changed from "Xinjiang LaChapelle Fashion Co., Ltd" to "Yi Xin Fashion Group Co., Ltd".

At the same time, La chapel also changed the business scope of the company according to the current business needs, and added Internet of things technical services, Internet of things technology development, information system operation and maintenance services, software development, brand design, brand management, exhibition and exhibition services, etc.

La Chabel said that the change of the company's name and business scope is mainly to accurately reflect the company's strategic planning for multi brand development, more effectively realize the brand value and brand image management, and support the development of the company's brand online authorization business based on the company's new retail reform and brand online authorization business needs.

On September 2, La chapel announced that it would adjust its online business model to the asset light mode of "brand authorization + operation service". It would license its brand series trademarks to suppliers, distributors and agent operators respectively, and let them be operated by professional companies. The scope of authorization covers all brands and all Internet platforms. In the early stage, women's wear was mainly used, and then it was expanded to men's wear, children's clothing and even home furnishings.

Now, La chapel plans to change its name to "Yixin group". Some people speculate that it may adopt different brand strategies online and offline. However, according to China economic network, this change is only a change of the group name, not involving the change of brand operation mode, and there is no plan to register a new trademark around "Yixin" for offline operation alone.

It should be noted that this change of name is also the second time that La chapel changed its name this year.

On March 31, La chapel announced that the company's name was to be changed from "Shanghai La Chabel Clothing Co., Ltd." to "Xinjiang La chapel Clothing Co., Ltd.", and its registered address was also moved from Shanghai to Xinjiang. The relevant work items were completed in July. In order to ease the pressure of the company's capital flow, the main purpose is to broaden the financing channels and obtain the capital flow support from the company's registration.

From the change of registered address at the beginning of the year in order to seek financing policy support, to the recent "sell tag" move, it is not difficult to find that rachabel is still very short of money. As of June 30 this year, the total assets of La Chapel were only 5.092 billion yuan, and the total liabilities were 4.611 billion yuan, and the debt ratio had reached 90.56%; at the end of the period, the company's monetary capital was only 240 million yuan, including 189 million yuan of restricted monetary funds and 1.478 billion yuan of short-term loans.

As a result of two consecutive years of losses (160 million yuan in 2018 and 2.166 billion yuan in 2019), La charbelle began to "wear the stars and hat" from July 1, and the abbreviation of a share was changed to * ST lashia. Affected by the epidemic situation, as well as the loss of investment caused by the liquidation procedures of Jack Walker and NaF SAS, lashabel recorded a loss of 708 million yuan in the first half of the year, and "turning the deficit into a shell" is its primary goal this year.
