Industry Standard: Textile And Clothing Related Group Standards Were Selected Into The 2022 Group Standard Application Demonstration Project Of The Ministry Of Industry And Information Technology

On January 11, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Publishing the 2022 Group Standard Application Demonstration Project (MIIT Kehan [2022] No. 272). Through voluntary declaration, local or industrial recommendation, expert review and social publicity, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology selected 102 2022 group standard application demonstration projects.

Among them, two group standards, T/CNTAC 15-2018 General Technical Requirements for Water Footprint Accounting of Textile Enterprises and T/CNTAC 35-2019 Technical Specifications for Green Design Product Evaluation Leather Garment, were selected; The group standard of Anti static Socks (T/CTES 1046-2021) formulated and issued by China Textile Engineering Society was selected.

T/CNTAC 15-2018 General Technical Requirements for Water Footprint Accounting of Textile Enterprises was led by Donghua University, and more than 10 related enterprises and institutions participated. This standard gives the principles and requirements for water footprint accounting and reporting of textile enterprises, including the requirements for designing, preparing, managing and reporting the list of water footprints of textile enterprises, filling the standard gap in water footprint accounting of textile enterprises.

T/CNTAC 35-2019 Technical Specification for Green Design Product Evaluation Leather Garment was drafted by Anhui Yinhe Leather Co., Ltd. and other units, which stipulates the terms, definitions, evaluation requirements, preparation methods and evaluation methods of product life cycle assessment report of leather clothing green design product evaluation, and provides a standard basis for the evaluation of green design products related to national leather clothing, It was included in the list of green design product standards by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

(T/CTES 1046-2021) Anti static Socks were issued by Guangzhou Inspection, Testing and Certification Group Co., Ltd., Qingdao Jifa Group Co., Ltd., Wuhan Yiling Knitting Co., Ltd., Ningbo Alite Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shaoxing Omega Clothing Co., Ltd., Haining Jinbaili Socks Industry Co., Ltd., Jiajia Holding Group Co., Ltd Drafted by Zhuji Jianlan Socks Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Liyide Special Silk Co., Ltd. and China Textile Engineering Society. The implementation of this standard has achieved good social and economic benefits, making the production enterprises more reasonable in the process design of production treatment and better treatment indicators. It has played a positive role in promoting the steady improvement of the quality of anti-static socks, contributing to the high-quality development of functional textiles in China, helping the construction of China's national defense and military forces, and improving the overall level of the industry.

It is understood that since 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized the application and review of the "Application Demonstration of 100 Group Standards" project, and the China Textile Industry Federation has selected 14 standards (see the list below).
