For the purpose of standardizing the management of the period of stay of workers in the province and maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of the injured workers, the provincial people's Social Affairs Office has promulgated the "Regulations on the management of work-related injury workers' pay off period in Henan province" (hereinafter referred to as the "measures").

Before the confirmation of the regional labor capability appraisal committee, the workers in the work-related injury continue to enjoy the salary leave period.

If an industrial injury worker applies for an extension of the suspension period, the employer shall submit a written application to the employer within the time limit specified by the employer, and submit a certificate of illness issued by the agreement medical institution.

If the worker fails to apply for an extension of the time limit for the suspension of the stay within the prescribed time limit, the time limit for the suspension of the stay will expire.
