Guangdong is a comprehensive experimental area for China's reform and opening up. After many years of rapid development, Guangdong has become the most open area, the largest and fastest growing region in the country. It is also a world-famous manufacturing base, an import and export trade center and an international purchasing center.

Guangdong has established economic and trade cooperation with 129 countries and regions in the world, and has approved the establishment of 18 foreign invested enterprises. More than 40 countries and regions have invested in Guangdong to set up enterprises or procurement service institutions.

Guangdong and Africa have obvious complementary advantages in terms of labor, land, natural resources, industrial structure, capital and technology, providing good opportunities for enterprises to enter Africa.

The two sides have a solid foundation, suitable timing, strong complementarity and broad prospects. With the increasingly close economic and technological cooperation between China and African countries, Guangdong has the conditions to become one of the most important provinces and regions in Sino African investment cooperation.

At present, with the accelerated adjustment of the global industrial structure, the overseas investment of Guangdong enterprises has also changed from traditional resource development, market sales to high-end resource development cooperation and advanced manufacturing industries.

With the expansion of overseas investment, Guangdong's foreign investment must fully segment its market while giving full play to its own advantages. We should give full consideration to the regional characteristics, customs and habits, market demand, development bottlenecks, and restrictions on foreign investment, foreign exchange control and trade protection.

Guangdong has the leading ability in Vocational and technical education.

The comprehensive level of vocational education and skill training in Guangdong ranks among the highest in the country, and a relatively perfect modern vocational education and functional training system has been formed.

The number of African students studying in Guangdong increased rapidly. From 2012 to 2015, there were about 4000 African students in the province.

Zhongshan University, Jinan University and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies cooperate with African universities and colleges to build the Confucius Institute in South Africa, the Confucius school in South Africa, and the Confucius school in Cape Verde University.

At present, Africa is in the fast growing period of economic and social development. The population of young and middle-aged workers is large. With the acceleration of industrialization, the demand for skill development and vocational training will be greatly increased.

Guangdong has rich experience in vocational education and training of skilled personnel, and strengthens bilateral cooperation, complementarity and broad prospects.

The two sides should explore flexible, diversified and effective ways of cooperation, turn the rich labor force of African countries into a unique industrial advantage and make the labor force.

Obtain employment

More stable, increasing incomes and realizing the sustainable development of industrialization.

The cooperation between Guangdong and African countries in the field of interconnection is mainly focused on the opening of maritime pport routes and the construction of friendly ports.

By the end of 2015, Guangdong had opened 25 international container liner routes to Africa (15 ports in Guangzhou and 10 in Shenzhen ports), of which 5 routes were double linked routes (that is, the same code) and 20 actual routes.

Shenzhen Hong Kong and Djibouti port form friendly ports. Guangzhou port forms friendly ports with Durban, Senegal and Senegal.

With right and wrong

cooperation

The deepening of exchanges and the steady development of trade and personnel exchanges between Guangdong and African countries will provide important support for trade and personnel exchanges between the two ports.

Guangdong has the advantages of technology, talent and capital in building pport infrastructure and enhancing interconnection. African countries are speeding up the construction of interconnection with traffic as the core. The two sides have strengthened cooperation and have broad prospects.

Guangdong will take an active part in the construction of the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century as an important opportunity to increase container international liner shipping routes, open more direct air routes, actively carry out interconnection and infrastructure construction with African countries, and further promote pportation and logistics cooperation with African countries.

Guangdong's new energy investment enterprises, new energy equipment manufacturing and service enterprises have obvious advantages in cooperation with African countries in new energy sources. They can develop new energy sources, export new energy equipment, undertake new energy projects, and promote local enterprises to participate in the development and construction of new energy resources and promote win-win cooperation.

With the strengthening of economic and trade exchanges between Guangdong and African countries, tourism cooperation and exchanges between the two sides have become increasingly close.

As of 2015, there were 12 African countries that opened up outbound tourism destinations for Chinese citizens.

In 2015, the number of people entering Guangdong in Africa was 353 thousand and 400. The number of people leaving Africa at Guangdong port was 658 thousand and 600, an increase of 126% over the same period last year.

In the future, Guangdong and Africa should enhance the security of tourists' entry and exit and safeguard their tourism routes, and actively improve the problems of visa, Internet and currency exchange, so as to create a convenient and convenient customs environment.

In addition, we should jointly carry out standardized cooperation in tourism services, increase tourism infrastructure construction, jointly promote the implementation of pnational tourism planning, improve the tourism industry structure, increase tourism product development, and give full play to the advantages of African grassland, wetlands, forests, lakes and a variety of wildlife tourism resources, so that tourists can feel the original African nature, religion, music and culture, promote the construction of public service platform for tourism, and improve the basic level of tourism supporting facilities.
